‘Having worked with Bis founders Chrys and Sue for many years in the industry, I am delighted to be running the HR recruitment for Bis. It is a sector that has seen a lot of change, and never before has HR played quite so vital a role in the way businesses are structuring themselves to ensure sustainability going forward.
With close links to the team in London, I work remotely across London and the South assisting a number of industry sectors with HRBP, Director, Manager and Coordinator vacancies. I really value the freedom to navigate my own ship and target businesses I’d like to work with, loving the variety and challenge each opportunity brings.
My biggest strength is my ability to communicate honestly and confidently with literally anyone I come across – ‘chatty’, those close to me politely call it. But it is what makes me tick and allows me to build strong bonds and relationships quickly, and it is a strength that I bring to my work. Email is great and thank goodness for it, but I’ll always favour a conversation where I can.’
