We work with a number of corporate clients, from insurance and finance to property, asset management and more. Our corporate receptionist roles can be last minute/on the day bookings, pre-planned holiday cover, or sickness cover. List of typical regular duties for these roles:
Answer the phones
Meet and greet all visitors offering a 5* service
Set up and clear away meeting rooms
Book meeting rooms
Provide refreshments/order lunches for meetings
Deal with the post and couriers
Overflow admin and binding of documents
