We work with a number of corporate clients, from insurance and finance to property, asset management and more. Our corporate receptionist roles can be last minute/on the day bookings, pre-planned holiday cover, or sickness cover. If you are a corporate receptionist and available immediately then please send us your CV.

List of typical regular duties for these roles:

  • Answer the phones

  • Meet and greet all visitors offering a 5* service

  • Set up and clear away meeting rooms

  • Book meeting rooms

  • Provide refreshments/order lunches for meetings

  • Deal with the post and couriers

  • Overflow admin and binding of documents
