Senior HRBP for Renewable Energy Group

A renewable energy group is looking to hire a Senior HRBP for the investment wing of their business. This is their biggest and busiest section and requires someone who can work at pace whilst the business continues to grow.
Candidates must have experience working at strategic level, be equipped with strong commercial acumen, and have outstanding communication skills.
As you contribute to the overall business goals through development of strong HR initiatives, you will act as a trusted partner to senior management, providing consultative solutions across:
People management
Talent development
Performance management
Employee engagement
Organisational design
Working in tandem with other HRBPs across the group, you will ensure that HR practices and priorities are aligned.
Candidates should have previous experience in an HRBP role, ideally within both larger and smaller corporates. Excellent written and spoken English are essential, and candidates must have experience with data analytics. Hi-Bob experience is preferred. Spanish/Italian would be an advantage.
