A committed HR professional is required to join a growing international company as an HR Advisor on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Applicants should have upwards of 3 years HR experience in a high volume fast-paced environment and be ready for a challenge – your depth and breadth of experience will grow exponentially in this role.
You will be the first port of call for all HR enquiries across three of the business's divisions and there will be a lot of transactional work required on policy and process, and a fairly high volume of early intervention ER cases to take first stage control of, relating to sickness, absence, performance etc.
Candidates should be intellectually curious, quick learners, pragmatic and have a real appetite and motivation to provide a robust support service to several divisions, one of which is the company's largest and fastest growing. You will work in a team of 10 within the HR function with plenty of opportunity for guidance and mentorship.
Please note that there will be a need to go into the office 3 days per week with the option to work from home the other two days.
